You know that girl you used to see training on our trails? Well, our trusted runner just took third place at the Adamello Short Trail (35km)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Scopriamo insieme come ha vissuto questa esperienza.<\/p>\n

On Saturday 21 September 2024, I took part in the Adamello Short Trail, 35 kilometres of spectacular trails that took me all the way to the podium, taking third place. It was an indescribable emotion to cross the finish line.<\/i><\/p>\n

But this result did not come about by chance. Behind every victory there is a path of passion and determination. And in this journey, a special place has been held by the Malga di Mezzo Refuge<\/a>. All summer I trained here, in this oasis of peace in the Val D'Avio, right below the majestic Adamello peak.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

The paths from Tem\u00f9 to the Rifugio, those from the Rifugio itself to the surrounding peaks, have been my open-air gym. Every weekend, but not only that, backpack on my shoulder, shoes on my feet, sometimes in the company of my dog, sometimes in the company of my coach Luca Manfredi, I immersed myself in nature, tackling challenging climbs and quite technical descents.<\/i><\/p>\n

The Rifugio Malga di Mezzo has been much more than just a support point. It was 'my refuge', the place where I found the motivation and strength to achieve my goals. Martina and Matteo, but also all the staff, have always been crazy, offering me a stimulating environment and supporting me from the very beginning in this adventure.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Thank you for helping me to improve my performance and achieve this goal, which seemed almost impossible.<\/i><\/p>\n

Sara's victory is also our victory! And we are happy to have contributed to her goal.<\/p>\n

For us, the mountains also mean this: sharing passion, supporting each other and celebrating successes together.<\/strong><\/p>\n
